rooftop bar helpful staff room annex window absence
the rooftop bar was a nice amenity (i liked the atmosphere). the staff was helpful with directions.
my room was in an annex, it was not in the main building. i had to walk down the street to reach it. there were no windows in the room, so it felt a bit claustrophobic.

underwhelming stay due to several issues
mouldy shower tiles broken air conditioning
the location was central.
The room was far from what i expected. i found the bathroom shower tiles covered in mould (they clearly hadn't been cleaned well for years). the air conditioning didn't work properly. It was controlled by another room, so it got very stuffy. we also only had one working plug point, so charging devices was a challenge.

mold presence inaccurate representation
It appears that my allocated room differed from what I expected from online pictures. The bathroom also presented a problem. I noticed mold, certainly a concern. These issues detracted from the experience. The cleanliness and accuracy of room representation requires attention.
